Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to assist with a return, exchange, store credit, or refund on eligible full-price items.

Full-Price Purchases

Full-price items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased using a discount code, promotional offer, or marked-down price are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Any exclusions relating to promotional events will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings
• Beauty and body products
• Gift vouchers

In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases are not eligible for refunds unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Returns Process

To request a return, please email admin@no4.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please wait for confirmation before returning your item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as No.4 Boutique cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Additional Information

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.
• International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, or associated fees incurred when returning an item.
• Items returned without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.
